3. Booking & Scheduling
By booking a cleaning service, you agree to provide accurate information, including:
- Property address
- Access details
- Service requirements
- Any known hazards or special instructions
3.1 Appointment Confirmation
Bookings made through our website, phone, or email are considered requests until confirmed by us.
3.2 Access to Property
You are responsible for ensuring our cleaners have safe and timely access to the property. If we cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a fee may apply.
3.3 Service Duration
All service durations are estimates and may vary depending on property condition and specific requirements.
4. Pricing & Payments
4.1 Pricing
Our pricing is based on service type, property size, and requested tasks. Quotes provided online or by phone are estimates; final pricing may vary if conditions differ upon arrival.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept:
- Credit/debit cards
- E-transfers
- Cash (in some cases)
All payments must be completed upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
4.3 Late Payments
Overdue invoices may be subject to late fees.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
5.1 Customer Cancellations
We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5.2 Company Cancellations
We may reschedule or cancel a service due to:
- Unsafe conditions
- Staff availability issues
- Weather or emergency events
If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to make it right—every time.
If you are not satisfied with any part of your cleaning:
- Contact us within 24 hours
- Provide details of the concern
- We will return to re-clean the area at no additional cost
This guarantee does not apply if:
- Conditions changed after the cleaning
- Additional services were expected but not included in the booking
- The issue is related to excessive clutter or unsafe environments
7. Damage & Liability
7.1 Accidental Damage
Our cleaners take great care, but accidents may occur. If we accidentally damage something:
- Notify us within 24 hours
- Provide photos and details
- We will work to repair or replace the item
7.2 Pre-existing Conditions
We are not responsible for:
- Existing damage or wear
- Items not securely installed (e.g., loose fixtures)
- Fragile or high-value items not disclosed before service
7.3 Safety Requirements
We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are hazardous, including:
- Mold, hoarding, biohazards
- Aggressive pets
- Unsafe structural conditions

Customers must ensure:
- Pets are secured
- Areas requiring cleaning are reasonably accessible
- Valuable or fragile items are stored safely
- Accurate instructions and expectations are communicated
Failure to provide a safe environment may result in cancellation or additional fees.
